WorxHub has been a time saver, money saver and ensures everyone has the same information at any given time. What you put into WorxHub - You'll get out.
PROS(1) All departments have access to the same information at any given time. (2) Creating scheduled work orders is very easy. (3) Ability to change labor for one or many work orders or for scheduled work orders is so easy. (4) Ability to follow up on a work order and ready the notes and time stamps has been so helpful. (5) Employees have a sense of accomplishment after a days work when they see all the work orders completed. (6) Ability to place a work order on hold for what ever reason helps it to not fall through the cracks. (7) Creating tasks in a work order ensures everything will be done and nothing will be missed when pulled away from a project for an emergency. The employee can return to the work order and know what still needs to be completed. (6) Many modules available for different departments to benefit from and all having access to the same information.
CONS(1) We should be able to export all information we enter into WorxHub. We are not able to extrapolate information we entered into the system that would benefit other departments, i.e. run report on all pets, run report on individuals on oxygen, etc. If the role permissions have allowed the person access to the information, they should be allowed to see it and/or download a report with the information. (2) We are not able to see cell phone numbers. Majority of people only have a cell phone. We should be allowed to see the residents demographics on all work orders. It is a waste of time to go to another page, searching for the residents profile, and then being able to make the call needed to the resident. (3) Running reports could be a little easier. (4) When searching~ the header does not stay at the top. When you scroll down you loose the column header. Very frustrating. (5) When viewing information from the search mode - we can't lengthen the column to see all the details.

Facilities and Campus operations and maintenance solution
This suite of solutions have enabled us to reduce time on transportation needs, simplify room booking, validate expenses on maintenance, and convert from being reactive to proactive by managing recurring and scheduled preventative maintenance work orders. Our organization has adopted bar coding of assets which saves time tracking assets and helps account for repaired, replaced, and misplaced assets.
PROSThe Worx-hub software and suite of solutions is of exceptional value and very user friendly. Like any other system or activity, what you put into it, you will get out of it. The system is scalable and interfaces well with multiple hardware platforms. Ease of use for end users is exceptional. Our end users include residents with little to no experience, staff with basic to moderate computer systems experience too our fully engaged maintenance and operations staff.
CONSThe most challenging aspect of the software, like any other, is the initial data entry of assets, products and systems, where none previously existed. It would have been far better if we had the ability to port over data.

Worx-Hub was chosen over other systems based upon their customer service, ease of use, and is industry specific (Senior Health Care) which allows them to understand our needs and requirements.

Our previous system did not provide corporate reporting and could not deliver the suite of options that Worx-hub by Dude Solutions has been able to deliver. Our old system was not user friendly and was cumbersome.

WorxHub review
Overall the software works well for our needs. It is easy to use, easy to set up, simple for staff to understand. The software helps keep my staff on track with request and with PMs. It also help track cost that can be used at budget time.
PROSThe software has PM procedures built in, when you set up PM you can choose to use this procedures or they help you in building your own. The easy of setting up the program Worxhub staff was great to work with The easy of using the software, easy for my staff to learn to use.
CONSSometime the Category and Subcategory does not fit. Worxhub does not have an interface for Bio-med test equipment to communicate data to worxhub, it has to be enter manually.

Willing To Listen and Adapt
It is overall an very good system, we use 7 modules currently. I would say it, as with anything takes some getting use to when you make an change but this switch was truthfully with simplicity and ease to make once you start using more and more and you will become so user friendly with the system.
PROSOver the years we as an company have made suggestions to TWH for items to be added or changed and TWH, listens and adapts when possible to make these features that are important to the end user, as long as the benefit the greater good.
CONSThere are some occasional items that you have to work around with the way TWH classifies things, I was use to the address of the Residences being an Asset, but not in TWH it is an location. That does not allow for PM Work Orders to easily be set up for the Resident and not have to input the seperate Asset that you are setting the PM for.

I liked the ease of use and the smothness of the flow of the work order from Request to Finish! Having all Locations in one data base makes life so much easier, almost 2,500 location in seperate data bases can be very nerve racking, so bringing these all together in one is so much easier on the Administrator, i.e. myself!

Previous provider made an switch from Healthcare/Long Term Care being their strong suit to providing more in the way of manufacturing for the Work Orders.

Multiple Views at Once
Good product, good support. professional.
PROSI create all of the Scheduled Work Orders (SWO) for our hospital. I like to view my existing SWO from other facilities that I have created while building a new one. Or, adding Assets, I like to view existing assets in another WorxHub window to have consistent names. 3 monitors are also a bonus!
CONSEach month roughly 100 Scheduled Work Orders release. I wish I could select multiple work orders to assign to 1 mechanic. Working offline the scanner doesn't work. If you have a WO with a lot of tasks and you move out of WiFi range often you loose all of the data entered. I understand it would make it slower, but updating more often would help, similar to Google Docs.

Powerful tool Worxhub is. Streamlined the maintenance tasks. Equipment no longer gets forgotten about and neglected. etc, etc
PROSWorxhub is a powerful database and has streamlined this department.
CONSOne feature I do not like about Worxhub is there is no easy way to assign multiple work orders to one maintenance tech from the pending tab. Once a pending work order is accepted it's possible but by then you've made 11 clicks with a mouse per work order.

WorxHub Software
Great program - easy to use, and even easier to teach others to use.
PROSI love the ease of putting in work order requests through Worxhub. I can see when they have been received, as well as get an email when they have been completed. I share log in info with staff and they no longer have to come to me with their issues, I encourage them to enter themselves.
CONSWhat I do not like about Worxhub is the unaccountability of the preventative maintenance program. Tasks are easily bypassed by staff for another day. I understand it is the managers job to follow up, but sometimes these tasks add up quickly.

Worx Hub does work for you.
I have been able to create a "favorites" list of the life safety work orders that we perform and track, on a regular basis, any time frame I want since we have had this software. As I have said, I look forward to learning even more and am enjoying using the WorxHub on a daily basis. We upgraded from our old Facility Dude software to the WorxHub and it has been a pleasant change.
PROSWe have only had this software for the past year. I have worked with several other maintenance software programs in other locations. At first I tended to rate WorxHub against other software I had used elsewhere. Now, after using it for the past year, I am finding that it is a very good tool for the type of work we do. This is a hospital, and as such, we are subject to the mandates of the Joint Commission and the Environment of Care. WorxHub has effectively allowed us to set up our preventative maintenance program in order to track and prove our adherence to the life safety and NFPA codes. The reporting module has been very helpful for me since I am responsible for all Facilities Services documentation. I learn something new on WorxHub regularly and look forward to learning even more.
CONSAt first, I found it a bit difficult to navigate throughout the system. I probably should have called the help desk more, but I persisted on my own.

Change on your end was eminent and we chose to upgrade to WorxHub after looking at a few other competitive software options.

I'm very pleased with Worxhub it has reduced techs response time since we went to mobile devices; no more coming back to the shop to see if any more work orders have been printed out and ready to be done.
PROSI like that I can go to one place to see all work orders, inventory and PMs. Able to create master PM templates in order to create multiple PMs instead of re-type one over and over again.
CONSMy least favorite is when work orders are assigned to TEAMS that in worxhub it's listed in the Pulse page under Unassigned work orders when they are assigned.

We didn't look at other products we were happy with the Support Services received by The Dude so wanted to stay with them.

WorxHub Review
The features that are most impactful for our organization deal with scheduling and workflow management. We do not integrate with other software at this time, though the capability is there. Ease of use for our staff is a plus. Users are generally able to navigate most of the features with little guidance or special training.
CONSThere are several downsides to the WorxHub suite. The coding is suspect in many areas throughout the product. Bugs exist and many features are counter-intuitive to the end user. Productivity suffers due to product design limitations/ problems and ultimate usability for knowledgeable staff. Servers are also very slow at times.

WorxHub Maintenance
The software is very user friendly. End users can enter tickets in less than a minute if necessary but also have the option of taking more time an enter additional information that is otherwise not required or a hard stop. Reports are useful but do take a little time to get used to using in order to get the information out that you may be looking for. Time and material cost is a nice feature but in most cases requires someone to go in after the fact to input which in our situation does not get done and is not utilized.
CONSI really do not have a dislike of any piece of the software. It can be a little difficult for end users to find the specific area they are looking for due to the lack of knowledge of how the areas were named in the build process.

We love Worxhub
Overall staff and residents really seem to like Worxhub. It helps us with communication and efficiency.
PROSLove that we can easily track maintenance jobs from their start to their completion. Staff and residents like that you are immediately updated on the status of your request. Techs can leave notes like "waiting on parts" or "phase one completed". Residents find it easy to use and required little/no training. Very user friendly. It also works with our Resident Communication tool, Cubigo, and they can request things in that platform and it communicates with Worxhub.
CONSI wasn't involved in the initial setup and integration and cannot speak to ease of startup. No cons that I can speak of.

Use of Worx Hub to Transport Elders to doctors appointment
Definitely maybe my job easier.
PROSWhat I like the most is the ability to share the calendar with all stakeholders and create reports about previous visits to doctors appointments. Nurses were instructed on creating requests and most of them report it is an easy system to learn. As an administrator of the system, I can count how many visits a patients has had and screen unnecessary visits to the doctor with a few clicks:) Staff was very responsive and patient with us as we earned to navigate the system. I was able to customize some tools and our Worx Hub today is working precisely the way we had in mind and dream about it! Definitely maybe my job easier.
CONSI would like to be able to assign staff members ( nurses aides) to visits the same way the system gives us the ability to assign drivers.
