Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

Fairly easy to use, customer service great, clever comments make me smile, integration with existing business processes good.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

Of recent, the information about Corona Virus and keeping up to date with the worlds changes through the challenges of operating a business. The online help chat with quick turn around response.

I know you guys keep improving your software cause this 3 years I can see the difference. But I believe that can be better.

I love the layout and how easy Neko is to use. It is so customisable if you want it to be or you can use it for basic needs too.

Sometimes I find I've  entered  the wrong  curreny and can't change the sale without cancelling transaction and  starting again.

It has tons of functionality, is affordable & easy to use.

Doesnt notify you when running out of credit therefore stops sending reminder texts to clients with no notification. Doesnt alert you if client replies to a text other than Yes or No.

Value for money, great analyses, tailor-made beauty salon software, good customer service. Very helpful tool to analyse our sales, follow the staff's turnover.

We did not progress the trial due to the requirement for a credit card during the set up process.

It was easy to start to use and very affordable.
