Pros/Cons
Pros
- This product is evolving constantly, with excellent upgrades which does not cost the consumer. Overall very happy with the product and what information can be collated.
- Aroflo is a good all round package it can be simple or powerful dependoing on how much time you have to set it up and use it. We find it great and are only using aprox 50 % of it at a guess.
- Excellent Help and Support. Very intuitive and functionally rich features and good User Interface.
Cons
- The only problem we have is with the searching. It has gradually got worse over the year.
- I dislike the lack of communication with other online products our business uses.
- No refunds if Aroflo doesn't meet your requirements, Aroflo will say this is due to high training costs. No option to trial Aroflo, in hindsight this should ring alarm bells.
Pros
- The best thing about the system is it being so easy to use and all of the automatic customer updates are the a fantastic addition.
- The Big Change team are great and will support you. If you are looking for a cost effective solution for your business I would recommend this.
- Our overall experience has been very positive, from the costs saved by just using one system to having good quality help on hand everyday from the RoadCrew.
Cons
- Up to date Sat Nav information can sometimes be delayed causing navigation problems for the drivers, again this is not a regular occurrence.
- The lack of integration with accounting software but this is know sorted.
- Set up was quite difficult, and the on boarding team were quite hard to contact, and responses from them with site development were quite slow.
