  • Pros

  • This product is evolving constantly, with excellent upgrades which does not cost the consumer. Overall very happy with the product and what information can be collated.
  • Aroflo is a good all round package it can be simple or powerful dependoing on how much time you have to set it up and use it. We find it great and are only using aprox 50 % of it at a guess.
  • Excellent Help and Support. Very intuitive and functionally rich features and good User Interface.
  • Cons

  • The only problem we have is with the searching. It has gradually got worse over the year.
  • I dislike the lack of communication with other online products our business uses.
  • No refunds if Aroflo doesn't meet your requirements, Aroflo will say this is due to high training costs. No option to trial Aroflo, in hindsight this should ring alarm bells.

  • I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.
  • Furthermore they have a much better pricing point compared to some of the systems. All in all FieldPulse is great it is going to get better and my company will be able to grow by using Fieldpuse.
  • M a big fan of Field Pulse because it’s super user-friendly. The dashboard is also really attractive and easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.
  • The system is not a customizable as I would prefer and there seems to be a steady stream of bugs which don't hamper function but are a bit of an annoyance.
  • When you don't have service, you can't use it. The offline mode isn't very useful and tablet apps don't have offline mode.
