Pros/Cons
Pros
- This product is evolving constantly, with excellent upgrades which does not cost the consumer. Overall very happy with the product and what information can be collated.
- Aroflo is a good all round package it can be simple or powerful dependoing on how much time you have to set it up and use it. We find it great and are only using aprox 50 % of it at a guess.
- Excellent Help and Support. Very intuitive and functionally rich features and good User Interface.
Cons
- The only problem we have is with the searching. It has gradually got worse over the year.
- I dislike the lack of communication with other online products our business uses.
- No refunds if Aroflo doesn't meet your requirements, Aroflo will say this is due to high training costs. No option to trial Aroflo, in hindsight this should ring alarm bells.
Pros
- So far so good, we love the price, the user friendly ability and setup, and all of the features with the ability to customize it as we please.
- This is the best app I have tested for my business a big hard to understand at first but it is great to utilize if you have a great booming business.
- The product is good for us because we are a small family owned business that growing in the automation era. Its friendly enough to allow growth and learning.
Cons
- Please be aware that our experience with their customer support has been terrible. The program is buggy and Developers are slow to fix problems.
- But what if that part happens to be on another techs truck. Too bad I have to use that exact one.
- I can’t tell it to ignore that and place an order for another one for my truck. So I’ve now messed with another techs inventory and he doesn’t even know.
