  • Pros

  • The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.
  • I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.
  • Cons

  • I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.
  • If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

  • The pricing structure is very friendly and very affordable for businesses. For teams that have at least 20 employees and are shift based and have trades, this tool is a dream come true.
  • The software is pretty simple and easy to use, they provide great training tools as well as resources for staff and management.
  • Cons

  • My only complaint is I can’t get a push notification on my app.
  • I have yet to fall into a problem for my use of the software.
