Pros/Cons
Pros
- So far, Aircall has been great. I love how easy and instinctive it is to use, and so far it's been both reliable and useful.
- I enjoy the user-friendly interface & reliable call quality and also how easy it is to set up and customize call flows and integrations with other tools, such as Zendesk.
- Once you understand the functionality of Aircall, it is a great software that includes the desktop app and the mobile app. The quality of the calls is flawless.
Cons
- The support has been confusing and slow, and therefore it's necessary with this negative feedback for their team.
- I tried to dispute the charge but despite having documentation showing we only had 3 users for that month, I was still charged.
- If you're looking for a starter service to make and take sales calls, then you can do worse than AirCall, but know that there are more feature-rich options out there.
Pros
- The dashboard is extremely user-friendly, they have really good support to answer questions when needed – must appreciate quick response I get for anything – and the pricing is super very affordable.
- It has been great and helpful for our offshore team. SENSITIVE CONTENT] was amazing to set everything up for me and approve things quickly so we could start using the numbers quickly.
- I also like the price point. I am so happy that an affordable product like this exists that allows little businesses to position themselves in a professional light like larger corporations.
Cons
- It was a misunderstanding on our side and the result is a full-year charge. I will be pressing charges in India, the EU, and the USA.
- There are times when connections drop, and this can cause inconvenience.
- Lack of voice mail drop and sms sequences was annoying in that i had to find different solutions to then stitch together.
