"To convert a "Test Analyst" user to a different role (even with the Owner profile) I had to open a chat and talk to support. When trying to view the Help section, it redirects to a login page & even with the correct usernames & passwords, it says invalid login."
"The only issue with CallHippo is that the SMS Registration is a very lengthy process, and even after that, there is only 100 SMS"
