  • Pros

  • The best part of calling post is their customer service. If I ever have an issue, I simply place the call to the friendly staff and they take excellent care of me, solving any and all issues.
  • CallingPost has made all customer contact helpful and attainable, and there are reliable loyalty test solution.
  • Having the ability to set up Groups and call only those. I am impressed at how the product has improved since we started using it.
  • Cons

  • Over the past few months I've found that when I go to create and send messages I just get a message that the systems was unable to send, no reason or error why.
  • When I called the representatives at Calling Post, they immediately refunded those calls and apologized for the problem.
  • Calling Post has been an ESSENTIAL tool during this health crisis.

  • The Crises Control app is very easy to use, and helps fulfill the duty of care to the company/organisation and to colleagues and employees.
  • What I loved most about the software was the response time as well as the ease of use.
  • Overall the team managing our organisation has been very helpful and worked with us effectively to implement the tool for our organisation.

  • The business problem we need a fix to was how to communicate without our employees and clients during a business disruption event that took out our email and website.
