  • Pros

  • The best part of calling post is their customer service. If I ever have an issue, I simply place the call to the friendly staff and they take excellent care of me, solving any and all issues.
  • CallingPost has made all customer contact helpful and attainable, and there are reliable loyalty test solution.
  • Having the ability to set up Groups and call only those. I am impressed at how the product has improved since we started using it.
  • Cons

  • Over the past few months I've found that when I go to create and send messages I just get a message that the systems was unable to send, no reason or error why.
  • When I called the representatives at Calling Post, they immediately refunded those calls and apologized for the problem.
  • Calling Post has been an ESSENTIAL tool during this health crisis.

  • It was a good experience, I used it both as part of the team and as an admin and it was nice and organised. Mobile version worked good as well.
  • Monday.com is user friendly and helps to keep our team on the task at hand. I like being able to assign teammates to the assignments with a due date is very helpful to keep our week productive.
  • It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
  • Cons

  • The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
  • They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
  • It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
