Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service with this company is really amazing. They are great at taking feedback and like to try to incorporate this into their product roadmap.

  • We love the ease of use for both the agency as well as for our clients. We also love the mobile app for us and clients

  • Cons

  • There are issues from time to time with bad numbers. However, for the most part their customer service is quick to fix.

  • The reporting takes a little time to get the hang of, but once you've got it down - it isn't too bad.

  • Pros

  • The user interface is pleasing and easy to understand/navigate. The search abilities are pretty good too.

  • Its amazing, easy to use, and a great centralized tracker for all account based conversations.

  • Cons

  • The timeline style view of each sales/engagement cycle can be a bit confusing, but there is an easy way to skip to the list of all recorded calls per account in chronological order.

  • This is a great tool but kinda expensive compared with other similar tools. You should consider your budget first before making the decision. If you can afford it, it will pay the price.
