  • Pros

  • I love that I don't have to share my personal cell with clients and partners if I don't want to.
  • Easy to start with basic setup, very helpful customer support.
  • Cons

  • There are issues from time to time with bad numbers. However, for the most part their customer service is quick to fix.
  • We received a lot of spam calls, and calls for other businesses that had just used the number.

  • The customer service is awesome. And the system is super user friendly so honestly anyone can use it.
  • It’s been great to see them figure out how to integrate the tool and make the most of the new functionality. We are very excited to see how this impacts our results in the coming weeks and months.
