CT-MAX

Designed for call centers, CT-MAX is a computer telephony integration (CTI) solution that helps monitor and route calls, access customer information, create blacklists and more. Key features include incoming call pop-ups, interactive voice response (IVR), automatic call distribution (ACD) and auto-dialing. CT-MAX includes a callback system that creates a list of overflow calls and diverts it to the IVR during the unavailability of an operator.
