No incentive was offered In the beginning, it was great, but eventually the product started to fail and didn't work. Tech support couldn't provide a fix, yet they still kept charging you for a product that didn't work. SCAM!! #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 1/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 1/5 #### Pros If and when the app decides to function properly or work it's a great tool. The problem is the support is terrible, unreasonable wait for a response, they don't provide working solutions and demand that it's your fault instead of their product failing. Support will not issue a refund when they know that they are at fault, they only make it as hard on you as possible to get a refund or credit.
