Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy, fast, intuitive and syncs almost instantly to Copper!!!

  • Great call quality no matter the Country. Very easy to use and integrate into the daily functions of our office. Call clarity is top as well. Even calls to South Africa have no trouble

  • Cons

  • - The dialer could be a bit better - Pricing is ok, but on a bit higher side

  • Some features in need but is extremely good at all, I had good experience with service and could do a lot I eventually did on the other program with same services offered
