EducationFolder is a cloud-based training and performance management solution for call center agents. Key features include learning management, quality assurance, a knowledge base, task management and reporting.

EducationFolder enables users to automatically assign tasks and courses and track completion. Users can automatically assign people with recurring tasks such as status reports, coaching and KPI reviews. Tasks can be automatically assigned to all employees within a specific role, and the system supports automation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks.

EducationFolder can measure program effectiveness by overlaying key KPIs with performance improvement activities. Rewards and recognition can be given to agents based on thresholds of quality performance. The solution’s knowledge base allows users to create and manage information materials such as FAQs, wikis, manuals, customer service responses and technical data.

Education necessity

It’s a great tool to reward and improve individuals’ performance. Employees feel recognized at the same time receives the necessary training and coaching.

Pros

The functionality of the application is great. I really enjoy how I can acknowledge the employees and give them work satisfaction.

Cons

It would have been better if there were more options and a guide on how to use the software.

Educationfolder is a great tool to organize and assist with training and teaching

Pros

I enjoy the fluidity of the product. It was very beneficial and useful in terms of allowing me to use it in ways that supported my needs.

Cons

I had some issues with understanding and finding items on the interface. i found things a bit complicated from the get go, but this may be because I do not specialize in training. My partners did not have these issues.

It is a very easy to use product which allows us to better manage our center.

We are better able to manage our call center. It allows us to perform eLearning, provide our agents with a Knowledge Base, perform Quality Assurance and record our coaching sessions. It is a great tool for us.
