Specifically the two-way messaging and the fact that it enables our patient communcation. We are not marketing and our other system had marketing restrictions. That's been a huge difference for our population and use case. #### Cons You can't disable two-way communication for specific users or at all. But we set auto-replies so it's not a huge barrier.
