Fixzy remote assistance is a powerful solution to provide guided remote assistance around the world. With our collaboration with Edinburgh Uni to develop computer vision models and access to AR tools including 3D room plans, accurate measurements, Computer vision AI to detect defects and image recognition, hand overlay, group calls and a whole host of tools to allow remote guidance in any situation.

As an innovative technology company we are committed to developing new features to provide the best customer experience, reduce operational costs and cut carbon emissions.

Fixzys remote visual assistance technology is powered by Computer Vision AI, Augmented Reality and propriety Deep Learning solutions, allowing field service and customer service agents to provide live video guided solutions for issues maintenance and emergency solutions in real time.

By using a combination of in-built tools through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology, a home emergency can be instantly identified and so eliminate the time-wasting practice of undertaking an initial assessment call-out, visiting the trades store and returning later to effect the repair – a move which wil...

l drastically cut vehicle journeys. When a home visit is necessary the technician has already inspected the problem before arriving which drives up first time fix rates and efficiencies. Fixzy Assist allows repair squads and engineers to view problems and carry out the required fixes direct from a householder’s phone or tablet screen – without having to visit the property using a combination of in-built tools through Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality technology. The service works by a tradesperson sending a connection request via text or email to a customers to start a live video session. The customer can use their phone to show the fault to the technician, who in turn can guide customers using a pen or hand overlay on how to resolve the issue. The technician can then visually check the problem has been resolved or provide further assistance.

Pros:

found the product very easy to use and implement within the business, this is the way forward with regards to dealing with repairs, clients and it is an invaluable time saver, ticks all of the boxes on the green/eco front as travelling to/from site is massively reduced. dont know how we have managed without this product

always strange with a new product or system to implement, but approach with open mind and any cons are quickly overcome

The software offers a much more efficient and cost-effective way of identifying and resolving some types of issues remotely instead of physically visiting the sites of the issues.

Cons:

There were a few features lacking initially, such as GPS location and Mac support, but those were added soon after I enquired about them. Similarly, there were a couple of bugs at first but those were also fixed as soon as we encountered them.

Fixzy offered a product with additional functionality at a better price and their customer service was a lot better.
