D prefer to not be bothered when I'm not at work and it's annoying to have my phone buzzing with something I don't need at 10pm on a Saturday.

Gong blocks out numbers during calls, making it difficult to capture info that had been lost in technical issues.

Great customer service, intuitive for end users, valuable tool across teams. Very positive experience and would recommend this to any Sales, CS or Enablement team to implement.

It's been tough onboarding some of my teammates to the software. That's been the biggest, and only, struggle.

Nothing that I can think of makes me dislike this software.

Easy to use and helpful for our sales reps. The analytics and tracking are also very helpful to improve quality of our team.

It helps me as a team lead to see how my teams calls are going and what to train on. Helps me as a sales person also know how I can increase my efficiency.

The user interface is pleasing and easy to understand/navigate. The search abilities are pretty good too.

The warning message at the beginning can be a bit abrupt but it's not the biggest deal in the world.

Stock keywords already pulled out of calls by Gong are relatively strong and the chronological view of communication is extremely helpful for managing the sales team from prospect to customer support.

Sometimes the lagging or it not picking up the correct words.

Sometimes the recorder joins late or not at all but that may be a me error. Overall there are very few changes/gripes that I have for the software.

Gong is really good for helping you learn what you need to improve on. Really good for hearing how you sound and being able to go over with peers and improve.

It integrates pretty seamlessly with different CRM providers - including Salesforce and HubSpot. Using it to trigger workflows in tools like Zapier is a great feature.

There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.

The software runs flawlessly and I’ve had a great experience in both using it and learning it.

I have been very happy with the service, I love the app version so if I have to step out of the office I can still take calls.

The value of the comprehensive business package for the very affordable price.

I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.

RingCentral helped us to solve the use of old technology like physical faxes. It offered an affordable options for tele-conferences and it provides multiple options for customer service, when needed.

Overall it was a pleasure to use, and I would highly recommend it to anyone as long as you don't need a phone solution that can Integrate with Pipedrive.

Love the Voicemail to Text function, and how easy it is to return a call. Mobile app is also great.

I like the ring central faxing and desktop application. Super simple to use and user friendly.

I have had a pleasant experience with using this program and I would recommend it to others.

We utilize Salesforce heavily and the ease of use RingCentral provides with SF is wonderful. Highly Recommend the product if you are looking for a new VoIP provider.

It's a solid platform, but the UI needs some work. I believe the platform has excellent potential.

This time around we got a price reduction, app was completely redone and is great, and support has been significantly improved.

The customer support is great. They have always been so helpful every time I need help with our set up.

This tool has many great features and functionality, but it is still very simple and relatively intuitive to use.

The only complaint I have is that if you dont start your meeting within 5 minutes of logging into the meeting then the system kicks you out and you gave to call back in and start over.

It's a good experience overall but I wish they'd be more in line with other pricing.

Ring central is a great product, it can make reaching clients and employees possible during any circumstance. Training employees of the system was easy and quick.

Easy to use and customer service is always helpful. Great app for your mobile phone.

Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract.

Easy onboarding, great service, easy to use administrative controls. Best mobile app of any VOIP service.

And...we can send/receive text messages as well which is AWESOME. I have not used the video yet, but will be testing it out next week - my expectation is that the video will be easy to use as well.

These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.

I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.
