  • Pros

  • Gong is really good for helping you learn what you need to improve on. Really good for hearing how you sound and being able to go over with peers and improve.
  • Its amazing, easy to use, and a great centralized tracker for all account based conversations.
  • The user interface is pleasing and easy to understand/navigate. The search abilities are pretty good too.
  • Cons

  • Gong blocks out numbers during calls, making it difficult to capture info that had been lost in technical issues.
  • Sometimes the recorder joins late or not at all but that may be a me error. Overall there are very few changes/gripes that I have for the software.
  • Sometimes the lagging or it not picking up the correct words.

  • My overall experience has been excellent. It was very easy to use and our customer/leads really appreciate the ability to access resources on their own schedules.
  • Showpad has been great for our Sales team to get access to information quickly when out in the field. It has also been very helpful when following up with prospects.
  • Very easy and quick to update, good search function and great interaction with external partners via ' shared spaces.
  • Cons

  • The tracking doesn't cc you in sent emails or can integrate in Microsoft dynamics so information sent to customers is missing and it's very difficult to record it in a CRM.
  • I think that the reporting features can be a tad confusing.
  • It provided a fix for a constant problem we were having - not having the right literature at the right time.
