D prefer to not be bothered when I'm not at work and it's annoying to have my phone buzzing with something I don't need at 10pm on a Saturday.

Gong blocks out numbers during calls, making it difficult to capture info that had been lost in technical issues.

Great customer service, intuitive for end users, valuable tool across teams. Very positive experience and would recommend this to any Sales, CS or Enablement team to implement.

It's been tough onboarding some of my teammates to the software. That's been the biggest, and only, struggle.

Nothing that I can think of makes me dislike this software.

Easy to use and helpful for our sales reps. The analytics and tracking are also very helpful to improve quality of our team.

It helps me as a team lead to see how my teams calls are going and what to train on. Helps me as a sales person also know how I can increase my efficiency.

The user interface is pleasing and easy to understand/navigate. The search abilities are pretty good too.

The warning message at the beginning can be a bit abrupt but it's not the biggest deal in the world.

Stock keywords already pulled out of calls by Gong are relatively strong and the chronological view of communication is extremely helpful for managing the sales team from prospect to customer support.

Sometimes the lagging or it not picking up the correct words.

Sometimes the recorder joins late or not at all but that may be a me error. Overall there are very few changes/gripes that I have for the software.

Gong is really good for helping you learn what you need to improve on. Really good for hearing how you sound and being able to go over with peers and improve.

It integrates pretty seamlessly with different CRM providers - including Salesforce and HubSpot. Using it to trigger workflows in tools like Zapier is a great feature.

I like the interface the most. Out of so many such apps I have used, Wingman has been one of the very rare cases where all the features are accessible with a few clicks.

I like the keyword filtering i.e. pressing on words that were spoken like price, competitors etc will take you straight to that section of the call.

I also like that the conversation is transcribed... who likes listening to their own voice. In addition, I reached out to support through the chat,  and they responded within 5 minutes.

Sometimes the transcription of the conversation is not 100% accurate, therefore it can result a little bit confusing when trying to identify a specific part of the dialogue.

The most important benefit is how easy it makes to record and log calls, and the integration with CRM.

Its super easy to use, user friendly interface, easy to navigate.

The product is easy to use and captures all the details almost accurately. The transcript is super helpful rather than spending an hour listening to a really long call.

Allowed me to better my sales calls and make them more engaging and effective. I love the cue cards, and the talk ratio.

I have trouble with WiFi connections sometimes and have to make calls via my physical phone and calls cannot be recorded this way.

The inability to record videos during online meetings.

If I am reading someone else's transcripts, it gets difficult in understanding who spoke what, especially if there are more than two people on the call.

It is a very robust and easy to use tool for tracking calls. It acts as a repository for all our calls and is integrates well with our internal tools.

Wingman is super easy to integrate into your existing workflow because of the integrations it offers. It's great to be able to so easily capture conversations and get notes from them.

The integration with Google meet creates problems sometimes.

Ease of use and utility value. Being able to listen to my own calls is the best tool for learning.

Cool features like bookmarking interesting parts of calls and auto detection of relevant topics like pricing. CRM integration is also useful.

Excellent customer service. Every interaction with the technology and the team has been first rate.

It helps me to improve myself. The best thing is, it takes notes by itself and the recording is being fetched to our CRM automatically.

You get what they promise. Love the ability to quickly switch between transcript and video.
