Pros/Cons
Pros
- The best part is that the solution seamlessly integrates with your existing apps and is super easy to use.
- Easy to use and helpful for our sales reps. The analytics and tracking are also very helpful to improve quality of our team.
- Gong has been a game changer for me and my team. Absolutely recommend this software for better coaching, training, and general reporting to help improve our calls.
Cons
- Gong blocks out numbers during calls, making it difficult to capture info that had been lost in technical issues.
- Sometimes the recorder joins late or not at all but that may be a me error. Overall there are very few changes/gripes that I have for the software.
- Sometimes the lagging or it not picking up the correct words.
Pros
- Wingman is super easy to integrate into your existing workflow because of the integrations it offers. It's great to be able to so easily capture conversations and get notes from them.
- It helps me to improve myself. The best thing is, it takes notes by itself and the recording is being fetched to our CRM automatically.
- I love the reliability of the transcription service and the ability correctly identify the speaker on calls with many attendees.
Cons
- Sometimes the transcription of the conversation is not 100% accurate, therefore it can result a little bit confusing when trying to identify a specific part of the dialogue.
- The inability to record videos during online meetings.
- I have trouble with WiFi connections sometimes and have to make calls via my physical phone and calls cannot be recorded this way.
