I really was able to see that I needed more from my phone/voip service and although Google voice was efficient, inexpensive, and easy to use.. the lack of toll free numbers, lack of 911 calling, dropped/intelligible calls, inaccurate/unavailable caller id and lack of customer service made it easy for me to start outsourcing other options.
