There are only two things that I dislike about Grasshopper. The plan pricing is the first on my list.

I would call in and either be put on hold, or be told it was a Ruby problem. And of course the Ruby people said it was a Grasshopper issue.

I'm very happy that I found this app. If you stick with it, you'll learn so much and on your own time too.

Overall our experience has been good. Customer service is quick and helpful.

TERRIBLE customer service. The online settings interface is horribly non-intuitive.

So, if they don't apply to you, you are lost for a while unless you call and wait on hold.

If you business grows, you will soon find it too limiting. What disappoints me the most is, Grasshopper doesn't have a way to export or backup your text messages.

It's competitively priced and easy to use. As for functionality, it connects with whatever other phone line you have through forwarding and it also sends an email with a voice message recording.

For the cost it can't be beat, it performs just as well as much more expensive VoIP products with the same amount of simplicity and reliability.

The idea of being able to take the calls from your phone using this app, without giving your actual phone number, and the possibility to integrate with other softwares is great.

This system has for sure help our business grow. We are very satisfied with Grasshopper and look forward keep on taking advantage of this reliable and affordable Virtual Phone System.

I then spend hours trying to figure out the billing and on being on hold with customer service reps to sort out the problem. The billing was a complete mess and I never got an explanation for it.

It was very easy to begin using, not a ton of set up required, very easy to reach technical support when issues arose.

Its amazing features make our job so much easier; receiving telephone calls from our international clients right from our computer at no cost to them but yet very affordable for us.

Some of my favorite features are visual voicemail, conference calling, Wi-Fi calling, virtual fax, and business texting.

Even better is I can access the business line from all of my devices. And even better than that is my business partner can also access the same business line from their mobile devices as well.

What we like about this phone app are. Affordability - for a startup LLC, this phone app is competitively priced.

I like that they offer toll free vanity numbers. I can receive faxes on the same number which is great and there are 3 extensions.

Very easy to set up and manage with good controls on use, coupled with great pricing and a very responsive support staff.

Support is awesome; very quick to get back and always friendly. Quality is first rate; crystal clear audio.

Great online portal to add DIDs, add funds. Tech support has been great on the couple of times I needed assistance.

I've had some issues where I provision a new DID and it turns out that DID is no longer hosted at VoIP.ms, so I wasted a few hours trying to understand what was going on. It happened a few times.

They are always there to provide support if you need it, although I rarely need it because the platform is really great and stable.

Can be a bit tricky to configure for someone without telco knowledge.

Features are good, price point is very good, they keep adding new features gradually as time passes.

Being charged in USD when I am Canadian and the company is Canadian. I understand why this happens, but it still is upsetting to pay more for the service due to dollar difference.

Their support team is always courteous and responsive. I've never walked away feeling like I didn't get the best possible treatment.

Overall, I think it's a pretty good service. I do really appreciate that they added the ability to change registration times as not having that was going to be a deal-breaker for us.

Difficult to navigate web interface for setup.

Great company and great prices, I just wish their GUI was a bit better but unbelievable value for.

As its now, its way too time consuming. Its bad enough, that i have disabled the voice mail at voip.ms.

It is flexible and easy to use. I have never had a quality issue and I can set-up new DID's whenever I need them.
