The solution supports sharing of resources, network-wide call distribution and load balancing. Each contact center is provided with a separate management platform for running the business independently.

The management platform supports IP technology that enables the contact centers to operate through wireless networks. It also facilitates video surveillance, graphical monitoring and reporting.

Information can be passed between agents, experts and customers through Video IVR, virtual meetings and desktop sharing. The agent software can be deployed on a PC or mobile terminals without any regional restrictions. It can also be integrated with other enterprise applications.
