ICTBroadcast is unified communications dialing software featuring auto , predictive , power, progressive, preview as well as manual dialing support .  
ICTBroadcast is equally beneficial for small businesses, entrepreneurs and service providers. The solution support Voice, SMS, Email and Fax communications.  
ICTBroadcast is open source asterisk based software solutions for call centers, telemarketers and services providers.

ICTBroadcast offers tools to help users communicate with employees and clients, manage sales processes and inform customers about organizational updates. The solution also features call center integration, an auto-dialer, campaign management and scheduling tools, answering machine detection (AMD), do not call lists and more.

ICTBroadcast also provides users with a central dashboard that helps monitor system resources, campaign statistics, system parameters and channel usage. Users can also create custom chart-based reports that help them to view and analyze their campaigns. Additionally, ICTBroadcast features an interactive voice response (IVR) designer, user and contacts management and a separate portals for users and administrators.

Pros:

I have been using the Enterprise edition for a year. The ease of use and customer friendly portal have enabled Go Dial to have a successful first year. Advertising begins next month , and I have no doubt that we will increase capacity with no problems.

Cons:

I would like to see email notifications for campaign failures

The software is broken in so many places

DO not purchase the product, these guys will take your money and just keep giving you excuses for their crappy software. When we asked for a refund, they clearly denied that they cant provide a refund because they spent time installing it. Their interfaces is done is PHP with no security or secure ports everytime you want to make a change to anything, they have to go and do it manually. Please please stay away from this company.

Actually the interface seem easy but its easy because it has no features

Cons:

\- Everything is broken in their platform, they said they could white label but even after several attempts, they couldn't get the logo not to scale - The product is able to send outbound fax but unable to receive any faxes, their support has been trying to get the fax to work for two months with flowroute but its broken beyond a point - This software is not designed to be resold, its not MSP or enterprise grade by any standard - They cant fix their product and wont refund your money either - There is no inbox feature, you cant title or keep a track of your faxes - NO Security on the solution - NO sigle signon options - Support sucks

Exellent fax broadcasting and autodialer software

I came accross ICTBroadcast through google and love this product , with ICTBroadcast I am able to broadcast 500 concurrent fax through internet without using any hardware . Amazing !
