“Ease of use.”

While it may take a bit of "getting used to" IVM does step up and help streamline your intention to client expectation ratio. It helps correct call management expectations to ensure that the right experts are directed towards client queries. For 14 days, IVM is free to use, however, if you want to keep using IVM after the 14-day trial period, you'll need to buy a license and register your program.

PROS

Simple to use and configure; no need to install additional lines. The app has a plethora of applications. The IVR does deliver on the expectation" can be used to build a variety of solutions ranging from credit card processing to telephone surveys, as well as help simplify other business processes. Customers use their telephone keypad to access the system; all responses can be recorded, and plugins can be used to enhance the system. IVM may also connect to other programs (for example, to enter data into a database)."

CONS

You can restart your machine once a day or it will freeze up and cause problems, necessitating maintenance... A habit you make need to create in a hurry if your business is expecting sudden growth.
