Good Product with Great Support

During Pandemic we were able to support our customers remotely without any challenges as we are using SparkTG from 2019. So the remote working transition was seamless without any impact on the customer experience

Pros

The product is good and easy to use, the after sales support is quick and responsive with ease of integration with other applications

Cons

The reports and analytics can be improved further

Decent Software, Excellent people

Pros

Cloud Telephony Service is decent and the people at sparktg are very supportive and make up for the glitches or hiccups

Great Product, Great support

Pros

Support is always on time, no matter what. Priest is very easy to integrate, ease of use, quick response for any requests
