  • Pros

  • One of the things that I love Just Call is the user-friendly interface. Moreover, I also like how it integrates with other websites just like Pipedrive (for the leads) and make.com (automation).
  • JustCall is one of the best products i have use for the call purpose. Its affordable and the support is great as they have solve every problem i had.
  • Lastly, they keep regularly and proactively updating about other things I asked. Their customer support is simply excellent, responsive and reliable.
  • Cons

  • Horrible Intergration, dashboard and applications are just slapped together.
  • Sometimes I miss texts from clients because it hasn't been manually refreshed (which is on me).
  • It is probably the delay and lag in the software at times. Notes don't come up right away in the PD link.

  • Easy to set up, extensible, supports a variety of programming languages and interfaces, pricing is easy to understand, excellent free trial that allows for testing of most features.
  • Twilio is a reliable and effective communication solution that helps us improve our customer engagement and communication strategies.
  • There are so many things to love about Twilio from my experience and perspective. I like the quality of its documentations and how intuitive they are.
  • Cons

  • When there is some error with the sms sending (due to integration issues or other), the errors are not very intuitive and may take some time to nail out the issue.
  • Getting the logs is a bit difficult. The logs are not retained and it is not possible to ascertain whether they are viewed or being sent to spam box.
  • When you first start using them you can get lost in the documentation before understanding how it is setup.
