Kick ass Software, best money spent!

Leads rain has helped us to make our work performance much enriched, communication is essential for business in this era, and we definitely have a better channel of communication with this outstanding software, there have been many benefits using this software, Number 1 and most important is Customer Acquisition, with better communications, it becomes much easier to reach that goal! And it helped us With our process to be improved.

Pros

The one thing we like the most is it very user-friendly and allows for all of our team members to be very effective on the integration to use it and to make a good connection with it.

Cons

It is a great product and for the most part very user friendly, if there is one thing we could enjoy too see is camping rotation, if it could be possible to change from one camp to the next without having to log out, that would make it super cool, but even without that, it is great. Not really many Cons on the system.

Not so friendly user and communication with tech support were not as great

Super easy and fast setup!! Best bang for your buck!!

It was by far the fastest and easiest dialer we have used. We are looking into moving to this dialer and Cutomer support in A+!! Fast and there to help you all the way from beginning to you talking calls.

Pros

Everything is easy to use and easy to check on agents

Cons

No wrong number disposition. Need a few different option.

Very Happy Customer

We are a new church in California and we use Leadsrain to promote upcoming community events that we have. We always have someone come to the event from the calls.

Pros

I have been using Leadsrain since 2016 and I have been beyond satisfied with the company. If I ever have any questions the immediate help through their chat customer service is amazing. They are always helpful and care about making me happy.

Cons

I get a little confused sometimes when it comes to setting the time up for the calls. I live on the west coast and I always forget to set it in EST.

Leadsrain was the first and only product I looked at, and because everyone was so helpful I didn't look anywhere else

leads scam rain

horrible- we have hundreds of callers all over the world working remote and i only put 1 or 2 callers on leads rain, i would never put all my worker on leads rain,

absolutly nothing at all, its all a scam,

Leads rain is a scam, they lie and tell you if you have answering machine detection active when using their dialer for outbound calling, callers will not get calls with answering machines and that is a lie, we have answering machine detection active and we will still get over 50%-80% of call that are answering machines that I am charged for, I contacted them and asked why so many answering machines when we have answering machine detection active and were told we would not get calls with answering machine, they changed it up and lie saying it has to do with the list of number and caller ids we use, that is a lie and BS because when we use another dialers that offer answering machine detection we don’t get 50%-80% answering machines daily that will be charged, we may get a few. Real simple leads rain is a scam they charges for answering machines so if they would have answering machine detection working properly they would not be able to charge for answering machine but since they do charge for answering machine, it’s obvious they have the answering matching detection option not working properly so callers can get calls if answering machine and they can charge them. It’s all a big scam, also the support for leads rain is horrible, they are condescending and smart asses when it comes to providing support, they don’t know how to value customers or express empathy for any issues and they don’t have issue resolution either , they will say we will look into in and get back to you an

Because of what they said their service offers and it turns out that it’s all a lie to get you on so they can scam you.

Absolutely outstanding

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at LeadsRain is one of the best people I've worked with in my 10 years of Marketing and Digital Marketing. The whole experience is awesome and he even works 1 on 1 with my Agents when my duties don't allow me the time to do so. Really incredible value for the money and we will be keeping LeadsRain as a staple in our business for a long time to come. Thanks for everything [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].

Pros

The quality of customer service is unheard of. The ease of use is great and the software hasn't shown a single bug either. I have used 100s of online tools and dashboards and I can confidently say this is the best one by a long shot.

Cons

Nothing at all, I'm blown away with how smooth everything has been so far when most dialers I've tried in the past were stacked full of problems and no one to be found to help, not LeadsRain though, they have it going on.
