Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract.
- I really enjoy the clean lay out of the program, it just looks visually appealing while using. Especially the screen that pops up with nice large blue buttons.
- We utilize Salesforce heavily and the ease of use RingCentral provides with SF is wonderful. Highly Recommend the product if you are looking for a new VoIP provider.
Cons
- I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.
- These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.
- There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
Pros
- Works like a charm and I'm very impressed with the phone quality. I'm currently in France on vacation using numbers in LA and Denver and 4 other cities.
- Integration with salesforce is good, overall quality of calls are good. There are some nifty features like note-taking and more.
- I can proudly say that my user experience is very successful. I keep a good opinion of this solution.
Cons
- Sometimes it breaks and there have been a few shortages in the past few months.
- So if I have to give access to an accountant or technician inside my organisation I have to have a paid licence for them which I find very annoying.
- There is occasionally a bit of a delay with the call that can lead to so misunderstanding/interruption.
