Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract.
- I really enjoy the clean lay out of the program, it just looks visually appealing while using. Especially the screen that pops up with nice large blue buttons.
- We utilize Salesforce heavily and the ease of use RingCentral provides with SF is wonderful. Highly Recommend the product if you are looking for a new VoIP provider.
Cons
- I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.
- These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.
- There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
Pros
- I love how user friendly the entire system is. The resource center and support is some of the best I have ever seen and I have been in the Call Center Industry for 6 years and the REI industry for 2.
- Overall, I have had a great experience with smrtphone, and their customer service is amazing.
- It is very easy to use and does a good job with calls. I like how they set up the call back system and ease of phone number replacement.
Cons
- Phone numbers shows as spame. Customer service team are laking the basics of customer service they treat the user as if he is a lair or idiot till he proof he is not.
- The system does not provide options for call statuses like “wrong number” or “bad number”; it simply skips over them.
- On text messaging you are not able to text pictures and when you receive them they are very grainy and blurry.
