I wish they have active customer support phone number. They have a dedicated rep you can email, but I guess this is the way most SAAS companies are going.
Make sure that whatever software you are looking at that it is flexible around your business processes. If it is not flexible, you may not realize the true potential of the value the system can bring.

What I like most about this solution is that the sales people love to use this product because it drives more sales for them. Client after client that I implement this in becomes a raving fan of the system - in part because it is so flexible. The software team that deploys the solution not only customizes it to your workflow but gives you their years of experience with respect to best practices across industries.
Honestly, in each of our implementations we have had nothing but a great experience.
The issue I see with so many systems out there is that they do one thing well and you need to add additional platforms that do not talk to each other and start to make your sales process more complicated that it needs to be. Honestly, salepeople just need to be selling, not learning software or filling our reports. So when looking for a system, really look at what the core functionality delivers for the salesperson using it. Just like Microsoft Word, it has lots and lots of features, buy 99% of us only use the core 10% of the features. You should apply the same logic to when you are shopping for a Lead Management or Sales Process Automation software platform.
