OptifiNow is a modular Sales Automation platform that streamlines the day to day activities of sales professionals. By offering the system on a modular basis, clients can adapt the solution to meet their specific needs. The system is a fit for mid-size and enterprise sales organizations.

The OptifiNow platform includes solutions for lead management, sales process automation, web content management, marketing collateral management, social publishing, social collaboration and business intelligence. All of these can be used independently or as a solution suite, and are available both in a standalone or Salesforce.com environment.

The system allows members of the sales team to keep in touch with prospects via email, direct mail, SMS, print, and social channels. Businesses can also create templates and personalized marketing collateral, allowing them to maintain their brand’s messaging throughout the sales process.

Addiction Recovery Call Center

Pros

OptifiNow built out the exact platform we needed for our addiction/recovery business. Before we had this software, we were paper based and lost business because of this.

Cons

I wish they have active customer support phone number. They have a dedicated rep you can email, but I guess this is the way most SAAS companies are going.

Implemented this Lead Management solution at several client locations

Pros

What I like most about this solution is that the sales people love to use this product because it drives more sales for them. Client after client that I implement this in becomes a raving fan of the system - in part because it is so flexible. The software team that deploys the solution not only customizes it to your workflow but gives you their years of experience with respect to best practices across industries.

Cons

Honestly, in each of our implementations we have had nothing but a great experience.

Great Lead Management platform with one stop marketing compliance

Pros

The modules are unlike like most CRMs where your configuration takes a long time. It's the easiest plugin for SFDC.

Cons

Minor overlap in automation tools we use with SFDC.
