  • Pros

  • The simplicity to get started was most impressive. I was up and running within the first day.
  • The simplicity of the interface and pricing is more than fair for the quality.
  • Cons

  • The documentation is laughable, probably the worst I've seen in any saas product, and if you ask support, they will tell you that if you select the wrong option, the whole thing could break.
  • Some features that I needed were not setup at the start, this may have been due to some of my instructions or lack of, when i was discussing my company's needs on the initial setup call.

  • Ease of adding and removing agents. Easy to set up international numbers if you have international teams.
  • We were able to deploy Toky within a few days, and have reliable phone service for our customer department team. The dashboard is easy to use, and change setting on the fly.
  • Cons

  • If you have a problem with a phone number or line, you are dead. They don't provide any answer.
  • Calls were being missed. We made many attempts to rectify to no avail.
