Yes, there is always room for improvement and RingByName is always coming out with new and improved services for their system. #### Reasons for choosing RingByName Presentation, professionalism from sales staff, demos of the software and very important they did not break the bank when it came to price. Their team was always very prompt and caring to rectify any issues. They were also very patient to troubleshoot things and always followed up when things were fixed. It was fairly easy to use. Sometimes the features (transfer to agent) wouldn't work smoothly. #### Cons The call quality wasn't all that great. We used Zoiper app. It was often laggy or hard to hear the customer and vice versa, but for the price point, it was bearable #### Reasons for choosing RingByName We switched to another carrier mostly because their phone system integrated with our ticketing system. RingByName values the relationship, and has demonstrated this kind of excellence throughout the years. #### Cons There are improvements the company should adopt and implement, and has not. One example, RingByName Meet should operate seamlessly, regardless of the mobile device used, the browser used, or the amount of bandwidth available. #### Reasons for choosing RingByName COMMUNION had a better relatiobship with RingByName, and RingByName cost less. #### Reasons for switching to RingByName When we were introduced to RingByName, hearing that callers would receive a personal greeting from COMMUNION, as we were a small business, made a difference.
