  • Pros

  • The user client is easy to use and looks great. The system has been rock solid and I love the architecture with resiliency and cheap redundancy built in from the ground up.
  • Loved the reports it generates, lots of informations and is customizeable to get the info that you are needing.
  • Cons

  • I hate the fact that it goes through the internet, because if your internet goes out, you lose your phone, or if your phones goes out, you lose your other programs.
  • I have tried to chat several times and either the agents don't know how to solve the problem or I keep getting kicked off the chat.

  • Ease of adding and removing agents. Easy to set up international numbers if you have international teams.
  • We were able to deploy Toky within a few days, and have reliable phone service for our customer department team. The dashboard is easy to use, and change setting on the fly.
  • Cons

  • If you have a problem with a phone number or line, you are dead. They don't provide any answer.
  • Calls were being missed. We made many attempts to rectify to no avail.
