It's been a good experience but I wish it could have been better. We are now considering other options which is a shame.

The user client is easy to use and looks great. The system has been rock solid and I love the architecture with resiliency and cheap redundancy built in from the ground up.

Very powerful but a maintenance contract with an authorized dealer is practically required.

One of the best PBX that support all most all the features required.

Loved the reports it generates, lots of informations and is customizeable to get the info that you are needing.

This is a great product if you have some experience with PBX functionality.

I especially love the ability to setup call forwarding automatically. I am by no means a power user, and have only scratched the surface of the utility.

Most of which we don't even use. Customer support and setup crew was friendly and a lot of help.

They offer a full suite of solutions depending on what type of business you are and your exact needs. We have used them for a software/hardware phone solution and have had great success with them.

I hate the fact that it goes through the internet, because if your internet goes out, you lose your phone, or if your phones goes out, you lose your other programs.

I have tried to chat several times and either the agents don't know how to solve the problem or I keep getting kicked off the chat.

I'd say we've had a seamless integration of ShortTel at our firm. I love the added features and how easy they are to use.

I've had complaints from colleagues that have been unable to figure out how to add contacts. When they try to set it up, they end up accidentally calling people.

The mobility app (application on smartphone) is antiquated and constantly dropping. Price is extremely high compared to the poor quality of service received.

Every incoming call blocks the part of the screen.

It does it's job, you can make calls and I do appreciate the integration with Salesforce. Compared to other systems this is one of the few systems that logs incoming calls which is really helpful.

I like the variety of features, the ease of use, and the ShoreTel community, which is incredibly supportive and dedicated.

The pricing was most attractive coupled with the ease of use of the portal and dashboard.

Very expensive and difficult to use if you area 1 person IT department.

Has some good features that business like to have-voicemail to email is great.

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and the click to dial functionality is awesome.

It is easy to use and you can customize the functions based on your needs. And the price is very affordable.

You will also notice Mitel has acquired ShoreTel, but same high quality software and hardware support available.

Overall works very well, is easy to use and is a good business tool.

This is a straightforward softphone solution allowing me to work remotely. It is simple enough to customize to my needs.

Needless to say he is no longer doing sales for shoretel.

Then it randomly started working again with no indication of what the original problem was.

This is a good phone system to use. There is an intercom function that is pretty cool to drop in on coworkers.

They have great service availability and monitoring. The customer support line is superb.

We've been using ShoreTelSky since its inception. They have always focused on providing a quality service and excellent customer service.

I like how you have a GUI interface for dialing, answering, seeing call logs etc. It is much nicer to navigate vs having to do that on the phone itself.

I like the ease of use, quality of service, and outstanding customer support.

The only downside is it is cloud-based and you can't host the database in-house.

Yonyx is one of the best Knowledge Management Solutions with comprehensive Analytics and Ease of Use both from a End user and Authoring prospective.

This tool is so efficient that it helps the agent with getting through the calls quickly but accurately which is a boost to our Quality scores.

It's difficult to fit everyone we encounter into the only options given. Also difficult to navigate backwards when answers change or are unclear.

It would be great if it could be integrated with our in-house product so that whatever we choose on Yonix auto-populates on our product's window.

Editing can be buggy or at times and tree production time estimates (as reported by Yonyx) are largely under-estimated for complicated products.

So far with Yonyx, everything has worked as we expected it to, and the resources provided to integrate from start to finish are very complete and easy to work through.

I have had a great experience with our account manager at Yonyx as well as taking advantage of the various training videos to help teach new authors how to use the software.

I would definitely recommend to others looking for some sort of decision tree solution, with support for completely custom integrations.
