  • Pros

  • Talkdesk is fairly easy to use and offers a significant amount of customization and robust functionality. The user experience is quite intuitive and overall it operates consistently.
  • The ease of use is great - there is no time needed to train new staff, you can log in and start working/calling straight away. The integration with CMR was easy too.
  • Cons

  • There are some features that cannot be customized by the end user and must be modified by support personnel, this can be frustrating at times.
  • When listening to recordings, the caller and agent voices go between 2 speakers on the headphones and its a bit irritating.
  • Pros

  • The gui for admin on the software, is easy to get around and make changes when needed. I also love the Live real time view to see how the agents are doing.
  • Low cost for business, license type, flexibility, scalability, stability, easy and fast to implement even remotely.
  • Cons

  • The interface has an outdated look to it and can be hard to navigate. Especially until you get used to it.
  • It's normal to get lost in the beginning. There's so many options that can get overwhelming at times.
