Tenfold’s solution allows companies to dig deep into their business history and aggregate all data, including sales, service and marketing to provides a unified view of the customer that users can access in real time. All contact points and interactions with customers are captured back into their existing CRMs, such as business call, email, text and chat.

Users can access a unified view of previous customer engagements, actions and conversations among other things with any particular customer. This solution is designed to integrate with the most popular CRMs and phone systems, including Salesforce, Avaya, HubSpot, Asterisk and Mitel.

I no longer have the good memory I once had, being able to see my last notes as a receive a call allows me to have a more personalized relationship with my customers.

Cons

It doesn't always count the right time for calls. Being in sales where you have a metric to follow on calls is important to have this feature accurate.

Pros

Ease of monitoring of call volumes and call lengths. Analytics are really useful to compare and contrast.

Pros

I think the main features we like about the product are the ease of dialling through direct click through to the ability to accurately add call notes to Sugar CRM without the need to go directly in to the record. This is really useful when we are doing a "power hour"

I am significantly more efficient because of the streamlined manner in which Tenfold allows me to make calls and record notes immediately afterwards with minimal clicks and no extra effort.

Pros

Tenfold's ease of use is its best feature. I can click on a phone number and have it immediately dial on my IP phone. Once the call is complete, a dialogue box slides from the side of the screen to allow me to instantly makes notes. My inputs are aggregated in Salesforce and Tenfold's website so I can view my daily activity easily.

Cons

From time to time, there are minor glitches in IP phone integration, and sometimes call notes are prematurely cut off. Both issues have been resolved with a computer restart.

I love that the application integrates with Sales Force. The ability to save notes to Sales Force through Tenfold is amazing. It allows me to save time by not having to write notes in sales force in addition to tenfold. The click to dial is also an amazing feature that helps to increase efficiency. Cuts down on the time to manually dial phone numbers.

Cons

Possibly the ability to send email templates through the software would be great. Adding attachment ability to send white papers and e-books, links etc.

It is automatic and allows you to add contacts that call in. In addition, it makes use much easier.*

Cons

Sometimes it has to be turned again on when I open a program that it is associated with. I would like that to be a smoother process.

The most important and helpful feature of tenfold is showing you informations about the outgoing and incoming calls if you've saved them. Tenfold reports also the talk time and the number of calls. The tool gives the company the necessary transparency. This saves a lot of time.

Cons

The only thing i have to dislike is that sometimes the system logs itself out. However, the system continues to count the calls.

Pros

Great Telemarketing tool, helps to track and record communication with customers that one can always refer to for account activity and progress.

Cons

sometimes unable to identify caller even with contact stored in the system, this then takes extra time having to search for contact before saving data

CTD seems to always work.
Great integration with Salesforce, it's really useful being able to type call notes straight into tenfold without having to edit anything in salesforce.

Cons

Sometimes struggles to properly sync to SFDC and show proper call times but that's very rare and not a big problem.

Faster calls and notes from each call

Pros

No dialing wrong numbers since you don't need to dial yourself, fast and the notes makes it easier to remember customer with each time you called.

Cons

Click to dial fails often but not for long. Sometimes it deducts seconds from the call for no reason and in a call center every second counts.

Every so often the pop up will not work but it fixes itself quickly and sometimes not all notes will transfer to cases.

It really helps me stick to my tasks at hand but giving me a scale to look at to balance my calls during the day.

Pros

I really enjoy this software because it helps me stay organized and keeps me on check with the amount of work I have done and how much more I need to do.

Cons

It does not keep the count of the incoming calls I receive. It seems to just double count my outgoing calls.

Scalable UX and UI software to implement at SFDC launch. Greatly improved productivity metrics shortly after launch (30% increase in KPI)

Less failure down time due to excellent customer support.

Pros

We have been able to implement, improve and track Sales actitivities, vastly increasing our ability to correlate production with sales performance. The Tenfold dashboard provides an excellent real time view of my sales team's production by hour and connection percentage, both at a high level and granular views. My team enjoys the Dashboard's lighthearted terms for high performers (Overclocker= most phone time, Good Sumaritan = most call notes) and it encourages healthy competition.

Tenfold's customer service is fast and effective. They are consistently improving the product are great at implimenting fixes based on feedback.

Cons

UI can lag infrequently. I would like to see more customized views on the Dashboard in the future although this may affect ease of use.
