- VanillaSoft has tremendously grown my business with its lead integration allowing me to save and follow-up on prospects as well as disposition and drip market.
- The intuitive and easy flow of this CRM system is excellent, it helps keep business moving and complications minimized.
Cons
- In a time where scams are more common, I felt not as many people picked up with this software. I also needed reports setup, and I was told after I signed the contract this is an extra fee.
- Sometimes lags on connecting to calling software.
Pros
- I like the customer service Vonage offers and the ability to have set up a business line that is cloud based.
- The quality of connection, ease of using, and all the features that include text, SMS, and managing your logs are the best features, and the integration with the business is easy.
Cons
- Then without warning Simulring and Call Forwarding no longer works outside of a few countries. I rely on this service which they just cut off.
- Often the sync features did not work as advertised. My employees had a lot of trouble working with the software and customer support was extremely poor from a knowledge standpoint.
