  • Pros

  • I like the customer service Vonage offers and the ability to have set up a business line that is cloud based.
  • The quality of connection, ease of using, and all the features that include text, SMS, and managing your logs are the best features, and the integration with the business is easy.
  • Cons

  • Then without warning Simulring and Call Forwarding no longer works outside of a few countries. I rely on this service which they just cut off.
  • Often the sync features did not work as advertised. My employees had a lot of trouble working with the software and customer support was extremely poor from a knowledge standpoint.

  • Easy to use, easy to change settings settings customize, customers love the quick responses from us.
  • A few years back, Weave functioned well. The integration with Dentrix was a wonderful tool for the staff to have.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was disorganized and out of order, one onboarder didn't know what the other onboarder had covered.
  • Basically, all they can say is you screwed, you owe us money, and sorry but you can cancel...after 30 days.
