  • Pros

  • I like the customer service Vonage offers and the ability to have set up a business line that is cloud based.
  • The quality of connection, ease of using, and all the features that include text, SMS, and managing your logs are the best features, and the integration with the business is easy.
  • Cons

  • Then without warning Simulring and Call Forwarding no longer works outside of a few countries. I rely on this service which they just cut off.
  • Often the sync features did not work as advertised. My employees had a lot of trouble working with the software and customer support was extremely poor from a knowledge standpoint.

  • I like the interface the most. Out of so many such apps I have used, Wingman has been one of the very rare cases where all the features are accessible with a few clicks.
  • I like the keyword filtering i.e. pressing on words that were spoken like price, competitors etc will take you straight to that section of the call.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the transcription of the conversation is not 100% accurate, therefore it can result a little bit confusing when trying to identify a specific part of the dialogue.
  • I have trouble with WiFi connections sometimes and have to make calls via my physical phone and calls cannot be recorded this way.
