I love that it is user friendly- automated registration, payment collection and camp/class management tools makes it worth it.

The City of Montebello, Ca were forced look for a Sports Management System because the old system were no long sufficient to do what we wanted.

The program is easy to learn and use and it is always being looked at and updated to make using it even easier. Customer support is only a phone call away and they are very helpful.

The system has great functionality for families, one family = one account & one login. This made switching to Cogran really easy for us and our clients.

They walked us through every step and were amazing. Cannot say enough good things about [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.

They have made lots of adjustments and tailored the system to fit our needs.

All a family's information is contained in one place. The parents have not had any difficulty completing the registrations on their own.

The business problems we were having was efficiency, accuracy and time management.

They really treated me as a partner - celebrating my successes, helping me quickly with any issues, making cost-saving suggestions, and helping me streamline my growing company.

The customer service has been absolutely top notch. The onboarding process was great, the team did a lot to get us up and running and went above and beyond.

Nothing about the product worked for us. The one-person sales team was responsive, until we asked for our money back.

This software had cut the about of time I spend on the registration for our Summer Sailing program by at least half.

They go above and beyond to guarantee that the system is working for your needs. I can't say enough about this wonderful company.

Customer service, for me has been a huge help. Always willing to try most suggestions for improvement.

They quickly suggested another link, also a dead end. We did not email through Cogran -- we couldn't figure out how to import our data.

We're still making adjustments and improvements to better serve our customers and staff.

But the system is cumbersome and not intuitive at all. After spending two weeks setting up our class registration, the link we put in our email blast was a dead end.

The process is easy for our customers and they are able to see all facility information along with pricing before they begin the reservation process.

It is also our check in system for our gym members. The reports are wonderful.

We needed some specific items added to our system and Cogran listened and were able to implement what we needed. Customer service is wonderful.

Ease of use, ability to customize, helps streamline payments.

Cogran Sports Management System is a great way to organize all the registrations for your team or organization.

Since we implemented Cogran our online reservation’s have increased.

The system meets 90% of our needs, but the best feature is the customer service we have received over the years. Mil and his team are always quick to respond to any issues that we have.

Parks and Recreation staff evaluated 6 different recreation software system. Cogran rated the best in overall features, ease of use and pricing.

There are three important factors to us for a registration system; family-centric, support, & cost. Cogran has exceeded in all those areas.

The staff at Cogran has been very helpful and patient as we had an older system and although transitioning to Cogran was easy, we had to learn a completely new  system.

We would be lost without Cogran and I can't say enough about the support we get from them if I need help. They have always been extremely responsive and take care of us quickly.

Lack of choices with the credit card gateway was disappointing.

My favorite feature is one glance reservations. Being able to see customer, reservation and payment info all in one screen is helpful.

The quick and easy use of shortcut keys, or clicking through menus, either way - too easy. The team at RMS are always very helpful and cheerful.

By switching to RMS we brought our property management software costs down significantly and also increased functionality.

The experience is excellent, especially when working with the rep in the UK support office - he is always a joy to work with.

Ease of use and quick to enter reservations into the system. Local based product and good support.

As stated above, I find it easy to use and when there has been a problem or something I have needed help with, the service has been great.

The triggered correspondence and ability to send SMS to our in house guests are great features. Some of the reports are very helpful.

If you want reliability, accuracy and performance you need to have the best you can - for us that is RMS.

Clean screen and in and out screen are easy to view and understand what is happening in house. Fairly user friendly and I like how their are multiple ways to do one thing.

The lack of words for symbols/buttons written in the software.

Positive best system that I have ever used just easy to operate.

I like the full integration and triggered Correspondence.

Cost effectiveness and ease of use are what we like most.

Any question has been resolved very easily. I recommend this software.

Excellent system and the service from support staff is 2nd to none - helpful, friendly and most importantly for me patient and responsive.

The Help you actually receive @ the help desk. They are always polite, helpful and follow through with calling you back if need be.

I have very happy with RMS as it meets all my requirements and the support is superior to other channel managers and property management systems.

The layout is very crisp and clean. There have also been some pretty interesting work around processes for our unusual organization.

It is clear and easy to use once set up, the day to day functions are good.

I like the Tariff Manager and ability to pull a variety of reports. My new managers have never worked with it before, but are really impressed by what it can do.

Pos integration is excellent. Customer support is fast and knowledgeable.

Their support crew are the best. We thought our last PMS was good, these guys are a level beyond and it's all included in their package price.

Not being able to tokenize something and pre auth at the same time. Looks bad when swiping guest card twice.

There is nothing that I can condider that I am unhappy with or does not meet my needs.

Integration - easy to use- everything is on one screen for the guest information.

It stays stuck on somewhere in Florida, which is frustrating when you try to tell the weather to a guest.

We operate boutique hotels and are able to save and easily access all guest and account info to provide the highest level of service. Lon in tech support is the best.

Sometimes the software will freeze during checking in our guests which can be frustrated. And I will have to restart the program.

Plenty of features for managing property and freedom to customize settings, including the rate tables and periods. Built-in POS for ancillary transactions with integrated accounting.

When setting up deals etc I get totally lost. Need a manual printed so we can follow steps.

I like the ease of use by the various staff who need to access it - from reservations to reports. I also like being able to get in touch with someone in customer support quickly.

It's also very user-friendly for those taking reservations and the ability to easily take online reservations is great.

Customer service is above expectations and it is easy to understand the whole system however more OTA integrations are essential.

There really are so many options that sometimes I get confused going through them all.

The utilities processing is fantastic on RMS as I can do all costs eg, service availability, usage and sewerage usage with just one process, could not do this with our old system.

I have encountered a few problems that stemmed from the way I set up our system.
