Great product that works well for reservations in lots of industries. Great solid database and really flexible reporting.

Having been a user for ten years,I have seen the good ,the bad and the ugly.

We started using the software in 2008, kept up with the upgrades and think of it as on of the best in the industry especially for the money.

It is virtually mistake proof. Since using it we have not had one reservation conflict.

We always appreciate the reminder to install the yearly update that comes to us over e-mail. We are very pleased with our overall experience with this product.

Nice interface with our online reservation system. Very good reporting programs for all our rv park needs, handy online and written manual for reference and excellent support service.

I believe the program would suit a smaller campground with less than 2000 items in POS. Disappointed to say the least.

First let me say that the support is fantastic with Stan  helping any way he can. As more features have been added the system does seem to be slowing down some.

If you feel Campground Master will work for you, having customer service like we have received for the last ten years is worth the price of the program.

We have really enjoyed the easy use of Campground  Master. When we have had questions or concerns it has been easy to call or email them and get quick answers.

I am very impressed with the functionality of Campground Master, hence my title Excellent.

Inexpensive to maintain with the yearly dues for updates. Any problems were handled in a timely manner.

Don't like having to enter a negative number of sites and days to create a situation to refund a credit card just because a customer paid in full and has a zero balance. Can't rate customer support.

The bad thing about is we cannot use our own Credit Card Supplier  - Global Payments has higher rates than others that are available to us e.

I can't say enough good things about their customer service: you can talk or correspond with a real person just about any time of the day. There is also an online manual that is very helpful.

Overall the software is great for our Park and the customer service is excellent.

We have been very happy with the Campground Master. The customer care is especially strong.

Online reservations are not well integrated - this is the major flaw we have found especially since so many of our customers are finding us on the internet.

My dream is for the program to have it's own online reservation system integrated with our own CC processor. Renewal fees are reasonable and support is great.

Very easy to use with a great back up book in detail for reference. Many areas that link up great.

Cons:  Posting transactions must be done in exact order or erroneous information sometimes shows up.

I have been very happy with the program. I would like the ability to custom more of the.

Other than a few hiccups here and there which are always fixed quickly, this reservation system is great.

I enjoy some portions of the fluidity of the program. With that being said there are a couple of things I would like to see changed.

If we do it this way, it messes up our end of the month bookkeeping because the program will not let us allocate these (separate the two charges) for the correct amounts.

I would highly recommend this program for any park operator that wants a user friendly inexpensive program to manage their reservations.

One feature we have problems with is a group reservation and forgeting to check the correct box to keep billing separate for each customer.

We have used Campground Master at our campground for approximately 10 years. It is very good and Stan has been very helpful.

Very reasonable price for such a great program/tool.

We are also able to track and for the most part elimanate problems of repeatedly putting people next to each other that do not work together.

The best part of the software is the most important - excellent support.

On line reservations, Map Based interface, Networkable, Integrated Point of Sale, Integrated Credit Card Processing, Export to Quickbooks, Customizable.

PRO: affordable and functional software with good free PDF manual that must be referenced often until you get over the learning curve.

Save your money and use Campground Master. You will be glad you did.

Ease of use is the most important thing especially when you are training new people.

Easy for our guests to make the reservations online is a bonus. The mobile check-in and the text messaging were an awesome addition.

It is an easy enough program to learn, very reliable and makes managing a campground effortless.

I like the ease of use with this product and the intuitive nature.

They will ALWAYS speak with someone else (usually the Rules Team) to see if it can be done if they are not sure. 9 times out of 10, they have bee able to accommodate any changes I have asked for.

We attribute significant revenue gains to Camplife. Even in this COVID year.

There is not much that I don't like about this. I can't really think of anything negative to say.

I am still finding things that I wish the system could do, but it doesn't seem to be a road block.

Guests now no immediately if sites are available, and confirmation provided by email within seconds.

All the rates, which are different for each venue are easily programmed. In my case, Camplife support knows that I am needy and assists me for the final pricing.

The availability and quality of the customer support team.

They are always warm and friendly, and they complete fix it tickets really quickly.

Love it, love the customer service crew, love the developers. Well done, everyone at CampLife.

What I like most about this software is that it is super easy to use. There is a grid and map page to check people in.
