The software is very intuitive and easy to understand. There are features galore.

Firefly is a fantastic tool for what it was created for. SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is very helpful in customizing the system to fit the needs of each business and is very efficient.

Their reservation grid gives us an overall view of our availabilities, both past, present, and future for planning. Great reporting features.

My number one complaint is that Firefly does not integrate with Clover POS systems.

Compared to the other systems I considered, they were either very clunky and buggy (I used Resnexus for a while before I got frustrated and found Firefly), or they were just too expensive.

The customer service has been awesome. It is so important to reach someone on the phone and we have experienced that on a regular basis.

Great Product If You Are In The Campsite Space.

Nothing about this software is difficult. You have to take it upon yourself to learn what's available.

Training staff in how to use it is quick and easy. Program does not take a lot of bandwidth or computer resources to use.

From a back-end user perspective, the reporting is very straightforward and easy to use.

After some research, Firefly seemed the easiest to implement and did not require a flood of money to begin or long-term commitment.

Firefly is THE BEST in the Campground Reservations Game.

The biggest negative with Firefly is that there is no dedicated mobile app for iOS or Android. Users need use their mobile web browser or computer browser to use the system.

No real 24 hr support without fees. Cant even upload a support ticket on the weekends or overnight which is kinda ridiculous.

And the tech support is very responsive. The variety or stock reports is very good for accounting purposes.

This system is super easy to use and has great flexibility.

Non-active history can be annoying and cumbersome.

We have tried some demo versions of other software but there was always something missing that we got with RDP so we have been sticking with it.

We have had some challenges, but we think the worst is behind us.

Software is server based. Every time there is an update/upgrade, we experience problems.

Our library of reports is impressive. We have created reports for every departmental need and are pleased with the ability of RDP/Crystal Reports to be tailored.

Old look for today's standards. No cloud service at least on the version I had to use.

Quick to reply and great to work with. I also like the fact that I can make my own reports in Crystal Reports.

I liked the way the interface looks, it's very appealing. It's easily navigated and has a pleasant layout.

What I don't like about this software is its inability to calculate a percentage of part of a total. E,g I may need a to calculate a discount on the room portion of the package not the meals.

We have seen an overall increase in guest satisfaction and revenues with the addition of the itinerary items.

I also hate how not user-friendly it is. It is not an intuitive software.

RDP allowed us to have a rental program that is specific to our needs without having to built one ourselves. Their support staff is outstanding and always quick to help with any questions or issues.

What I like most about this software is its user friendliness. Its has the ability to give you all the data you need in related to your guest and their agents.

The product is very good, and there is flexibility if you have ideas of your own to improve the product for your own company.

The support team is always great in answering my questions and helping fix issues that pop up.

It was a good experience, though it had a long learning curve. The software is not as intuitive as others but does the job that is meant to.
