The customisable templates and photograph database features have been an excellent addition to our construction management approach on a large wind farm construction project.

The ease of producing fast and easy to use forms for the fieldworkers, with little effort and cost, capturing and reporting has never been easy and we have only just began.

Excellent, Weekly Progress Photos are used to prepare weekly project report. The tagging function really helps with sorting and grouping similar photos.

Good experience, finally we got a very easy app to carry out inspections for Temporary works service. It fits exactly our expectations on site.

Modifying forms can be a bit tricky when you have started using them.

Customer service is very good so you can be confident that any problems will be short lived.

Even better when it's set up. It saves  a lot of time & helps with invoicing as well, the analytics feature is great for  quickly confirming hours on every trade.

There were several freezing issues with earlier versions. These bugs seem to be sorted now.

The customer service provided by the Dashpivot team is excellent - the response time to queries is always less than 24hrs (usually within a couple of hours).

N/A can think of no negative features of the software. Mainly due to developers constantly updating it based of comments from users.

Have yet to have a negative experience. Perhaps a pop up telling me that I appear to have a problem logging on, when I am not having any issues.

The speed in which documents can be completed is important when billing by the hour and this product has improved our productivity in this sense.

The Analytics function works great in graphing all of my Data to make it easier to identify trends, Great for Injury data collection. The Tutorials are very straight forward and helpful.

Dash pivot is great, it is friendly and easy to use software and you do not need to be a computer wiz to get the most out of it.

As a QA manager I have used different software for QA & Completion including defect register and among all of those I found Dashpivot very accurate, easy to use.

There is not a part of dashpivot that I dislike the few issues I have had have been resolved quickly by the D/P team.

In truth, it is a minor inconvenience, but still created a bit of a problem for us.

This is the main disadvantage of the system and user compliant.

DOT is extremely easy to use. I have used a number of QMS and DMS software, but I think DOT is the most intuitive and easy to navigate and adapt to our company's needs.

Once proficient, the software is easy to use and, in plain language, it makes good sense.

Then there is the Customer Service which has been great. You submit a ticket and response from a real person is received the same day.

Most modules are easy to use - great support from the vendor.

Dot technical support has been excellent, which is a KPI particularly with a software provider. The addition of North America-based technical support can only enhance our opinion here.

Integration and launch was so easy. It only took 4 weeks and that includes training sessions with the different teams.

We are working with minor bags in the system, due to configuration mistakes.

It is great to be able to use a system that has a complete quality management system and electronic batch record records, as well as forms.

Clean layout makes dot compliance easy to use and navigate.

In the training module, there are several processes that just not good enough. If the document is obsolete you need to remember to cancel its related R&U requirement revision.

Master Documents are sometimes difficult to import, especially if they start out in a non-pdf format.

The system is user friendly even when the processes are complicated. There is a full integration between all modules so it is easy to get the connection between different activities.

Great team, quick response times and an EQMS solution at a fraction of the cost of competing solutions.

Masterbatch records should be only available to QA but not possible. Some document s should be restricted: labels.

The number of groups within the company that utilize DOT has grown every year. People are very happy with their results and the learning curve is small.

The support from the vendor has been outstanding, right from the time we started learning the system and migrated our policies and procedures.

Dot Compliance's eQMS system for Salesforce has truly transformed our business operations, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

It is a wonderful product supported by an attentive, knowledgeable, and customer-satisfaction driven team.

Another great feature this system has is the ability to link items, such as samples with batch records, batch records to change controls, or change controls to deviations, to name a few.

The only downside to Dot Compliance is that the interface is a bit clunky and not very user-friendly. It took me some time to get used to the features and familiarize myself with the program.

Very stable and user friendly software that has helped to make our critical record keeping efficient.

QA documentation is made easier  by having all quality records in one place and paperless. Audit module is very useful to continuous improvement.

The main problem for us is the use of Hebrew. Especially when using Hebrew and English together.

It is unclear in some instances as to why a push notification is automated by Salesforce, whereas in other instances there is no push notification.

Having all tasks being documented electronically has improved the efficiency of batch approvals and shipments out of the facility.

We managed our quality events in the system efficiently. The integration to our process went very well and as planned, with the support of Dot Compliance team and Intec team.

The Light User license cost issue is a significant negative aspect for us.
