I would say the transition to DOT has been beneficial so far. I can't blame DOT for some of the issues transitioning from another QMS, but DOT could find ways to make the transition easier. I also think the home screen is intuitive and makes navigating the site easier. #### Cons I think the AI tool is not particularly useful (at least for any of the processes that I use DOT for). Some of the formatting that DOT uses for MBR's and other documents is odd. I would prefer just simple times new roman font or something more commonly used. I am enjoying the easy access to the DOT database and how it remembers the docs I use and puts them right in front of me instead of having to do another search. Can actually find documents and I appreciate being able to FAVORITE docs that I use regularly. I have not used the functions yet that are for collaborating to make changes to documents but that time will come and seeing the transparency in the process provided by DOT is encouraging. #### Cons Being new to the system it is a bit overwhelming with all the tabs. But that comes with practice. So not really a con. First, the search function should be able to find key words within the document. People tend to forget to include key words when they are generating a document so having AI for this will help tremendously. Second, organizing files/documents into specific folder for easy access when needed. Third, advanced filter to easily find documents. I love that I can access the most recent BS400 document anytime I needed to. I had access to go over my original review tests at my leisure - and that it was a value value packed system. If there was any issue at all I was re-assured by the fantastic customer support theme. The user access and management was so clear and precise that I was never left scratching my head.
