Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall wonderful experience with it, for compliance of QMS on large industry its a good option, further modification and customization can be done by changing QMS scenarios.
- The ability to have a central repository for all the data is very helpful and increases efficiency. Also, the software is really easy to use and provides a great deal of flexibility.
- The best features of Reliance outside of the ease of use is the ability to configure it to your processes. You are not restricted to something out of the box that works for some and not for all.
Cons
- Lack of support and degraded speed after the recent upgrade.
- This may make adoption a little more difficult for some organizations. Other software may be more drop and drag.
- Since moving to the cloud we have lost the ability to the database for real time information, for reporting and trouble shooting.
Pros
- Excellent software for chemical control taking into account good manufacturing practices and ISO standards. It allows to have the information in the cloud, updates towards the day-to-day trends.
- I use this software to keep track of all the hazardous materials in our lab. It's great at organizing your inventory and the accessibility of the GHS SDS is a great advantage.
- Great experience and I love working with the VelocityEHS team.
Cons
- It is difficult to get rid of old mistakes once you have added them onto the system, for example if you create a base control by mistake.
- Functionality can be difficult to understand and apply to individual business needs. Often there is a lack of support materials specific to the issue being encountered.
- I have yet to find anything about this software that would warrant a negative comment.
