Every change they've made has directly contributed to more work on my end, and less profitability. First it was the payment processor, forcing us to use Square which is far more expensive than the option we were using previously... and now they are completely taking away our ability to charge % based fees (for reasons unknown to me at this time). They clearly have nobody at their company that understands yield management and how customers react to rent and/or fees or else they would never consider taking away this functionality.
