I am an HR director, but the CEO and executive team in general were aware that reviews needed to be made functional in order to help increase revenue and hold on to good employees.

From an administrator perspective it is so much easier to use than other platforms, and the Product Support team is AMAZING. They are always just a phone call away and they are friendly and helpful.

The software is almost usable. Running a software company - if we gave our users this product we would shortly go bankrupt.

360º review option is good as it will even help peers to review each other.

Additionally, working with Cornerstone is like working with a true partner. My implementation specialist has been like an extension of my HR team and has been extremely helpful.

If user documents are not created tasks can be hard to deploy.

It can be difficult to customize things and can take a long time working with the vendor. Proxy sometimes won't work properly.

The Cornerstone software was fairly user friendly. I really liked the 360 review ability.

The people who filled in for them seemed overwhelmed and as a result there was a lack of communication.

Easy to use with various modules for goal planning and performance reviews and notes for conversations during review time.

Hard to get someone to call you back or answer to the ticket.

I don't like how often you have to change passwords but that's a minor inconvenience really.

Cornerstone is the best and most comprehensive solution that I have seen for talent management. I have used the LMS, Performance, Succession, Connect and Extended Enterprise modules.

It also integrated our LMS with our Performance Management Process. Looking forward to Succession Planning in 2016.

The best thing I can say about Cornerstone CSB is the quality of the support service. They have been available to answer questions and help me configure and customize the system to my needs.

This product is great for ease of use for end users. We use the star-rating system and our end users love it.

360º feedback option is great. Graphical representation of where we stand in the overall crowd.

There is also a nice universal profile feature that allows you to see who everyone is, where they work and who they report to.

FLASH interface & non intuitive interface led to a poor product.

This system is highly customizable - pretty much any type of performance process can be plugged into this product.

While I do find great value in reaching out to their Global Product Support team, it will sometimes take days and even weeks before you get a response from them on a case.

Allows you to add quick notes to keep track of employees over time, so that review time is easy to fulfill. Also user interface is self intuitive.

The 360 Degree performance review functionality can be great if you make the initial time investment to set it up.

They continue to make great improvements and the tools keeps getting better and better. The performance review process is great and very customizable.

It's intuitive and easy to use, plus it gives the team reminders and insights about the long term goals.

Visually engaging, easy to use, price is reasonable, triggers and automation are very helpful with managing a team.

I would suggest to use Lattice for corporate surveys, it is user friendly with a modern interface.

It's a great tool that gives you a lot of space to log your feelings. I love the weekly checkins, as a manager, I have my team do these before our one on ones and it gives us talking points.

I love everything about this software. The best part is the 1:1 agenda and the collaboration on it.

As a team manager, Lattice has been a dream. My direct reports already love it and are more engaged in our 1:1s because they have just as much ability to control the agenda.

I like the general interface of Lattice, which is neat, clean, and easy to use. I also find the slack integration helpful, especially reminders for 1:1's with managers.

We (as users/employees) were nervous about adopting yet another technology, but it's been easy to use and the integrations make it pretty painless to adopt.

It really streamlines the performance review process and makes it so easy to access everything because it's all in one site. The reviews I've done through lattice have been easy to navigate and clear.

Customer Support is amazing. They quickly take suggestions and roll them out into production.

My overall experience using Lattice has been a very positive one, mainly for the use of performance development. This is a great tool for this.

When reviewing other people, there is no mechanism for the reviewer to choose the fields / questions to comment on.

Nothing I have to complain about here. I also don't use it as much as the other software, so if I find anything down the line, I'll update my review.

Our managers got engaged with it quickly and started to share valuable feedback so that we could build a stronger team.

I absolutely love the interface and ease of use. From cute features like office party to suggested 1:1 questions it beats asana for performance management.

I love using Lattice for performance reviews because of its simplicity and pleasant design.

It's a worst-of-both-worlds mix of static web-1.0 with annoying highly sparse UI design.

We really liked the integration with Slack and its  ability to share and receive feedback in real time.

User interface is super easy. Lots of flexibility, clearly designed with the user in mind.

Also, a simple feature I really enjoy is the Slack integration. Every time our team makes progress toward an OKR, it automatically sends a message to a dedicated Slack channel.

The weekly updates feature is incredibly useful to help me manage a large team quickly. It really is impactful to know how they are feeling on a weekly basis.

I think it's a great tool for growing teams and creates a lot of transparency and cooperation for growing organizations.

Overall, we feel that it was worth it, because it provided a solid framework to start sharing feedback among our peers and direct reports.

Weekly tracking for my 1 on 1's and the ability to share when someone else does an amazing job. The integration with Slack is key as well.

As an administrator I am often left unsure how to tell employees how to do things as they show up differently on the admin dashboard from the employee dashboard.

It seems quite limited to me in terms of features and rather bland. I don't see how this software stands out.

Clunky, hard to use software for small teams/orgs.

I love that all parts of employee engagment are tied up in one fairly easy to use platform.

Incredibly hard to use to do basic things. E.g. Trying to find my team member's one on one notes is hard as it defaults to my up level manager.

Overall, I find lattice to be a good performance management software suite and enjoy its integrations with Slack and its easy-to-use interface.

In some cases, this lack of flexibility risks having the reviewer decline the review entirely.

It is very intuitive and interesting tool with lots of features to engage employees and get to know people within organization.

I love literally everything about Lattice. It's intuitive, it's easy to navigate, the platform is wonderful, the customer support is amazing, the Help Chat with real live people is incredibly useful.

I love how Action Items and Agenda Items roll over to the next 1:1. And the Slack/Lattice integration for receiving and giving feedback is fantastic.

A great simple solution for feedback, check-ins, and evaluations.

If I had to say something bad about Lattice, I would just be making something up.
