I am an HR director, but the CEO and executive team in general were aware that reviews needed to be made functional in order to help increase revenue and hold on to good employees.

From an administrator perspective it is so much easier to use than other platforms, and the Product Support team is AMAZING. They are always just a phone call away and they are friendly and helpful.

The software is almost usable. Running a software company - if we gave our users this product we would shortly go bankrupt.

360º review option is good as it will even help peers to review each other.

Additionally, working with Cornerstone is like working with a true partner. My implementation specialist has been like an extension of my HR team and has been extremely helpful.

As always, the customer services support from Cornerstone is exceptional and certainly steered us down the right path.

If user documents are not created tasks can be hard to deploy.

It can be difficult to customize things and can take a long time working with the vendor. Proxy sometimes won't work properly.

The Cornerstone software was fairly user friendly. I really liked the 360 review ability.

The people who filled in for them seemed overwhelmed and as a result there was a lack of communication.

Easy to use with various modules for goal planning and performance reviews and notes for conversations during review time.

Hard to get someone to call you back or answer to the ticket.

I don't like how often you have to change passwords but that's a minor inconvenience really.

Thankfully, Cornerstone woke up and the last few releases saw a welcome improvement to UI and UX. Simple, clean and modern.

Cornerstone Product Support is knowledgeable and timely in their response.

Easy and customizable a s a SaaS product should be. Integrates without any issues with other systems.

Cornerstone is the best and most comprehensive solution that I have seen for talent management. I have used the LMS, Performance, Succession, Connect and Extended Enterprise modules.

It also integrated our LMS with our Performance Management Process. Looking forward to Succession Planning in 2016.

The best thing I can say about Cornerstone CSB is the quality of the support service. They have been available to answer questions and help me configure and customize the system to my needs.

This product is great for ease of use for end users. We use the star-rating system and our end users love it.

360º feedback option is great. Graphical representation of where we stand in the overall crowd.

There is also a nice universal profile feature that allows you to see who everyone is, where they work and who they report to.

FLASH interface & non intuitive interface led to a poor product.

This system is highly customizable - pretty much any type of performance process can be plugged into this product.

While I do find great value in reaching out to their Global Product Support team, it will sometimes take days and even weeks before you get a response from them on a case.

Allows you to add quick notes to keep track of employees over time, so that review time is easy to fulfill. Also user interface is self intuitive.

The 360 Degree performance review functionality can be great if you make the initial time investment to set it up.

The platform makes it possible for us to run 360 peer reviews as we want to, and encourages our employees to give each other ongoing feedback.

Leapsome is easy to use and sophisticated with its capabilities.

Another disappointment was the impossibility of interacting via APIs to automate processes.

Help text and clear permission explanations throughout the modules. Customer Succes and Support Teams are fantastic.

My biggest disappointment is with customer service.

And the customer support team at Leapsome are really excellent and have helped us whenever needed.

Our experience with Leapsome has been excellent. The launch and rollout of the platform was really straightforward thanks to the Personio integration and the easy to follow set up guides.

The user interface is confusing. It does not offer the possibility to interact via API.

We found Leapsome easy to roll out incrementally, and were relieved by how enjoyable it was to use – people finally felt engaged with their HR processes.

I am not sure how to use the app for the performance tracking, otherwise nothing is lacking.

The Leapsome team was consistently supportive throughout, and with their guidance we managed to transfer all our paperwork and processes into the system successfully.

But we also found it difficult to standardise processes within our unique company structure.

We were also particularly impressed by the Leapsome team, and how they responded to our suggestions for the platform. It’s clear that they care about feedback as much as we do.

Overall I find Leapsome and all its features very useful and supports a full range of activities that are crucial for employee engagement.

Super easy to use software, that was easily adapted by all employees. Definitely helped the overall company morale in sharing positive feedback and praise for one another.

The ease of use and integration with my Google calendar and Google mail.

Many features available are not well shown on the main menu.

Ve already recommended Leapsome to other companies because my experience with the platform has been great.

It felt strange that as a forward-thinking software company, we were using outdated methods for our internal processes.

I have been using this tool and find it easy to update my direct manager on bottlenecks and wins. It's easy to use and keeps people updated on your work.

There are not many negatives to report, but it seems that Leapsome integrates with a limited number of programs, which is a hindrance to using it for more functions.
